Why Are We So Busy And How To Be Free?

I wanted to figure out why I was so busy, but I couldn’t find the time to do it.

Why Are We So Busy?

Is 24 Hours is not enough for you? Are you the one continuously looking for more time in your day? Do you feel burdened with all those work you are having?

Be happy if you are one of them, and be happier if you’re not, as no matter how much we deny, we all face such hectic situation at one time or the other.

Many of us consider the state of busyness as the most significant and happy state of our lives. People think that if they are busy, they are devoted to creating the possibility of a better life in their future. But, ironically, they have been eating a lot of their minds, which is continually making us ill.

Still, Most of us will come to defense to state our busyness. We always have more and more processes to streamline, promotions to reach, arrears to pay, goals to achieve, and dreams to chase- all together while helping and inspiring people.

And for all of that, we indulge ourselves into multi-task, means doing a more than two activities at one time. Yes, all of us do that. We do that and curb our ability to be present in the moment, to enjoy whatever we are doing, and thus feel sad or guilty for blocks of undecided time in our plans.

I understand that you are busy, that you have a lot to achieve and have very little amount of time to do everything. But understand, rushing will give you nothing either.

There is no benefit in rushing one place to the other, worrying about the deadlines, when you can’t meet them with your whole efforts. There would be consequences but remember nothing matter more than your life.

HOW TO BE FREE?

Now, whenever you feel that you are overburdened or unable to complete tasks in the given time. Hold on. Give yourself a break. First of all, come out from the little attractive and magical techno gizmos, and focus on yourself, on your body.

Try to cool down a bit.

Sit in a comfortable position and relax. Take a few deep breathes.

Remember, everything starts with you.  Remind yourself that it’s your life and you hold the absolute power on it. Make an oath from your own, that you will not let any moment or situation rules you. Took some deep breath and with every breathe you take, remind yourself that you can do better than your present situation.

Do it continuously for five devoted minutes.

Now take the whole control of your life, reopen whatever you are having, Pc, Mac book, laptop, and write down a new to-do list.

Pick up one task on the basis of priority and time, and do it. Don’t have second thoughts. Avoid remembering anything. Just put down your focus on one task and do it until you complete it. Then, take a break for five-ten minutes, and do it again. Within 3-4 hours, you will be able to see the change in your productivity.

It’s called nothing but GIVING YOUR ABSOLUTE 100% IN WHATEVER TASK YOU PURSUE.

Remember, One Task at a time.

Try it in everything you do in life. And see how effective and FREE your life gets.
